What is our English & Grammar package?

The English & Grammar Training package is for anyone who would like to improve their grammar skills. Should you write 'the company is' or 'the company are'? What's the difference between 'which' and 'that'? How exactly do you use a semicolon? When do you need a hyphen? Can you start a sentence with 'but'? If you've ever asked yourself any of these questions, an Emphasis grammar and punctuation course will sort you out.

A huge number of people worry about these nuts and bolts of language. Grammar and punctuation training will boost your confidence, clear up any confusion and help you get to grips with a subject that may well have passed you by at school.

Our punctuation and grammar training recognises that you have probably forgotten most of what you learnt. But after getting a clear sense of the basics of grammar for writing, you may even begin to find the nitty-gritty of the English language fascinating.

This Training course is designed for individuals who want to improve their grammar skills. It examines sentence structure in detail, including parts of speech, subject/verb agreement, use of pronouns, and irregular verbs. Punctuation is discussed, including the proper use of apostrophes, quotation marks, capital letters, numbers, and abbreviations. Advanced topics include pronoun types, adjectives and adverbs, colons and semicolons, other punctuation, and modifiers.
